Job Posting: Maintenance Technician
Location: Happy Valley, OR
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a residential property in Happy Valley, OR. If you have experience in apartment maintenance and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential maintenance tasks such as power washing, appliance repair/removal, and touch-up painting
- Repair drywall, complete cosmetic fixes, and address work orders efficiently
- Clean grounds, including picking up trash and dog waste
- Utilize basic hand tools to perform repairs and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion
- Apply electrical and plumbing knowledge (preferred)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
