Floor Cleaning Technician
Express Employment Professionals is actively recruiting Floor Cleaning Technician. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a locally owned Janitorial Services company that specializes in commercial cleaning for industrial facilities.
If you are looking for supplemental income and enjoy janitorial positions, this could be a great fit for you!
Schedule: (Part-Time) This schedule will vary and has flexibility. 2-3 days a week from 7:00pm to 1:00am. There is 1 Saturday each week.
Pay: $30.00/hr
Location: Milwaukie
Responsibilities Include:
- Stripping and waxing tile floors
- Machine scrubbing floors
- High speed burnishing floors and using carpet extractor to shampoo carpets
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation as employees will be driving to and from each job location.
- Previous Experience in Janitorial or Floor Maintenance preferred.
- Standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Be experienced with stripping and refinishing tile flooring.
- Clean driving record
This position provides great flexibility to the staff and great communication surrounding the schedule.
