Location: Clackamas, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Position Overview

This position supports Aftersales operations through accurate parts handling, inventory management, and customer communication. The role requires experience with SAP, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions via phone and email while maintaining accurate records and efficient workflow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize SAP for inventory management, order processing, and tracking

  • Pull, stage, and prepare parts accurately for customer orders

  • Handle inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly

  • Address customer questions and resolve order-related issues

  • Maintain organized records of transactions, inventory, and supplies

  • Support efficient Aftersales workflow through coordination and documentation


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a parts, inventory, or materials role

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and organizational accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
