About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building systems. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems in a fast-paced facility environment.
Job Duties

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Conduct daily inspections to identify and correct potential issues

Repair or replace lighting, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, drywall, and perform basic painting

Monitor and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS), fire alarms, and security systems

Document maintenance tasks and service calls in a CMMS system
-
Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs (HVAC, elevators, major systems)

Respond to facility emergencies including power outages, leaks, or alarm events
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Requirements

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and structural issues efficiently

HVAC certification, electrician license, or relevant vocational training preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions

High school diploma or GED required
