Openings: 8 total – 4 AM Shift and 4 PM Shift
OLCC Permit Required
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Packaging Associates for a THC/cannabis product facility. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products while following all sanitation, safety, inventory, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh THC products according to batch specifications
- Package products into approved containers, pouches, or jars
- Apply labels, batch codes, and required compliance information
- Inspect products for quality, contamination, and packaging integrity
- Maintain accurate records of weights, quantities, and packaged inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and regulatory procedures
- Report product defects, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor
Requirements
- Valid OLCC permit is REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written procedures and compliance requirements
- Comfortable performing repetitive packaging and weighing tasks
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Work Schedule
AM Shift – 4 Openings
- Monday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
PM Shift – 4 Openings
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
