This is an exciting evaluation-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $22 to $25, depending on experience.
As a Bank Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of the bank's daily operations, providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and cross-selling bank products to help customers achieve their financial goals. You'll be the main point of contact for customers and prospects visiting the branch and will provide assistance with new product and service requests, resolving issues, and referring them to the appropriate branch employee when necessary.
