Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dynamic and organized Front-Office Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front-office operations, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a recruiting or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
