Job Full Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects. You will work closely with contractors, architects, investors, and local governments to bring projects from concept to completion. Duties:

Lead the development process of real estate projects from acquisition through completion

Evaluate potential property acquisitions, including conducting feasibility studies, financial analyses, and market research

Manage all aspects of the development process, including design, financing, construction, and marketing

Work with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project plans are completed on time and within budget

Secure project financing and work with investors to ensure financial goals are met

Negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and service providers

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning and building codes

Coordinate with local government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders

Oversee the marketing and sales efforts of completed projects, working with sales and property management teams

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, contractors, and tenants

Monitor project performance, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and financial targets
Preferred Skills:

Proven experience as a real estate developer or in a related field

Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, zoning laws, and development regulations

Ability to create and analyze financial models, budgets, and forecasts

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

Strong project management and leadership abilities

Experience with land acquisition, site planning, and construction processes

Proficiency in real estate development software (e.g., Procore, ARGUS)

Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or related advanced degree preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
