Job Full Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they look their best for our customers. Duties:

Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience

Wash, dry, and clean vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment, including hand washing, pressure washing, and machine systems

Vacuum, wipe down, and detail vehicle interiors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free from dirt and debris
-
Apply cleaning products and waxes to vehicles as needed to maintain a high level of finish

Inspect vehicles for any visible damages and report them to the supervisor or manager

Ensure that all car wash equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
-
Assist with organizing and maintaining the car wash area, ensuring that it is neat and orderly at all times

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner

Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers on time and in top condition

Help with other duties around the car wash as needed, including restocking cleaning supplies and assisting team members
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in a car wash, automotive service, or related field is a plus

Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors

Knowledge of car care products and techniques for washing, detailing, and waxing vehicles

Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and reliability

Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate various types of vehicles
