We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our hotel’s facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of all hotel equipment, systems, and structures, making sure that everything is in excellent working condition for our guests and staff. Duties:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.

• Complete repairs and upgrades to guest rooms, common areas, and hotel equipment as needed.

• Maintain and repair hotel furnishings, fixtures, and appliances.

• Ensure that all safety systems (e.g., fire alarms, emergency lighting) are functioning properly.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues to minimize guest inconvenience.

• Maintain records of maintenance work completed, including repairs, inventory, and inspections.

• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems.

• Work with outside contractors and vendors as necessary for specialized repairs.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with hotel management to maintain a high standard of guest experience through effective maintenance.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience in property maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems.

• Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical labor.

• Strong communication skills to interact with both guests and team members.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
