Job Full Description
Our client is a manufacturer of polymer components, coatings and custom production of PTFE molding, serving the semiconductor, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
The job is a Machine Operator
Hours are 7am-3pm (paid lunch and OT offered)
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs start-up and shut-down of machines related to job functions.
- Loads and unloads machines manually with the aid of mechanical lifting devices.
- Following checklists, inspects customer completed job and provides quality information.
- Sets and maintains process controls on production machines.
- Maintains a constant visual inspection during processing time.
- Prepares completed job for shipment.
- Records process details for each order.
- Shut down and cleans machines at the end of shift.
- Processes material according to work orders and verifies quality of completed job meets specifications and standards.
