In April 2000, Michelle Bryson acquired an existing Express Employment Professionals office during the height of the pandemic—a time of unprecedented challenges for businesses everywhere. The office then consisted of 2 employees, 21 temporary associates, and 8 established clients. Growing the business under those circumstances required resilience, strategic thinking, and determination. What began as a demanding endeavor has evolved into a dynamic, rewarding journey that continues to present new opportunities.
Before joining Express Employment, Michelle owned a dog daycare franchise she invested in back in 2008, where some days saw more than 150 dogs in her care. During that time, she also pioneered the franchise’s first off-site grooming salon. Prior to that venture, in 1998, Michelle co-founded a recruitment firm with her two sisters, specializing in Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs. She partnered with leading Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Contract Research Organizations—an experience that sparked her enduring passion for recruiting.
She partners with local recovery houses, driven by a strong belief that everyone deserves a second chance. Her deep sense of empathy fuels her determination and is a cornerstone of her success.
The Lansdale Office has been honored as a Circle of Excellence office both in 2024 and 2025.
Michelle credits her office’s success to an extraordinary team whose dedication has been unwavering from day one. With the longest-serving employee having been there since the very beginning, she feels fortunate to lead a group that is not only determined and driven but also deeply caring and selfless. Their commitment and teamwork have been the cornerstone of every achievement.
