Cole Bryson - Light Industrial Recruiting Specialist

Cole has been a recruiter with Express Employment in Lansdale for over four years, where he focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with associates and local companies. Known for his approachable nature and positive attitude, Cole creates an environment where trust and collaboration thrive. His passion for helping people find meaningful work is matched by his love for dogs and football—earning him the nickname “Quarterback” in the office for his team-first mindset and leadership style.

Alec Sulak - Light Industrial Recruiting Specialist

Alec is our most tenured employment specialist, having joined Express in October 2020. He dedicates himself to making a positive impact in people's lives by always putting empathy and understanding first. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is always down to try something new. If you happen to like anime, make sure to mention it to him as he's seen over 1,000 shows! His passion for connecting with people and supporting their success makes him an invaluable part of the Express team.

Michele Wenger - Business Development Manager

Michele joined the Express team in February 2022 as our Business Development Manager. Driven, determined, and naturally energized by the fast-paced world of sales, she excels at building strong relationships and connecting with new people and prospective clients. Michele brings enthusiasm and commitment to every interaction, helping strengthen our presence within the community and expand opportunities for our team.

Outside the office, Michele enjoys cooking her favorite recipes for family and friends, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, and spending quality time with her beloved fur babies. Her passion for people—both at home and at work—shines through in everything she does.

Tiffany Kotulka - Office Services Recruiting Specialist

Tiffany joined the Express team in December of 2022. She loves being a part of the Express team, "We all have the same goal, which is to help people and make a difference in their lives, whether it be an associate or client!” In her spare time, she enjoys tapping into her creative side, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.

Dalton Baum - Skilled Trades Recruiter

Dalton joined the Express team in January 2024, where he has continued his passion for helping others. He currently is the office’s dedicated Skilled Trades Recruiting Specialist. His commitment to service and goal for connecting the right people to the right opportunities is his motivation to continue to excel in this role. In his free time, Dalton enjoys playing golf, is an avid movie watcher and most of all spending time with family and friends.

Levi - Office Manager

Meet the star of our pack: Levi Bryson, our beloved Office Manager!
Levi is a soon-to-be 4-year-old Pitty with a big heart and an even bigger personality.
He’s a fan of long walks—beach optional, because honestly, he loves strolling anywhere.
His impressive skill set includes:

Playing ball all day (sometimes he even falls asleep with it still in his mouth!)
Expert squirrel and rabbit chaser
Loud eater during morning meetings—his signature move

Sure, Levi leans toward the lazy side, but he more than makes up for it with endless love and cuddles. He follows our team around the office and is always there to lift spirits after a tough day.
