Job Full Description
Our client has over 130 facilities worldwide that provide innovative packaging solutions, they are the largest manufacturers of paperboard and paper-based packaging for some of the world’s most recognized brands of food, beverage, foodservice, household, personal care and pet care products.
Position: Assistant Sheeting Operator M-F, $19.75/hour
1st shift: 7am-3pm (must be able to train on 1st shift)
2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
3rd shift: 11pm-7am
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in manufacturing printing environment of sheet fed printing presses
- Experienced operating Maxon and Marquip sheeting machinery preferred
- Proper press preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Performs required to provide daily quality checklist '
- Keeps daily time and materials usage reports and records information in SAP and PEAK (will train)
- Disassembles machines to perform minor, repair, or replace broken or worn parts, using hand tools Must be mechanically inclined
