Job Full Description
Our client who is, a manufacturer of mass-produced custom spring solutions from design to production, is in need of a Machine Operator:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- $18 -$18.50/hour
Machine Coiler Operator
- Sets up and operates automatic spring coiling machines to fabricate a variety of steel springs according to specifications
- Installs and aligns required tools, dies, and equipment on machine
- Threads raw material through tools, dies and equipment on machine
- Utilizes measurement tools (scale, calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify part specifications\
- Makes mechanical or software adjustment required to produce first piece approval sample within specifications
Must have:
-Good math skills
-Know how to use and read measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers and calipers to name a few tools.
