            Sales Representative at Express Employment Professionals
Must have previous outside sales experience
Sales Representative (SR)
Reports To: Franchisee/Manager

 Principal Accountabilities of the Position 
 | 
·         Increase sales/job orders in each territory by making personal and telephone contacts with current and prospective clients in that territory.
·         Ensure the supply of potential associates by making recruiting calls.
·         Maintain current account information records, prepare all reports, and provide feedback to administrative personnel on a timely basis.
·         Exercise expense control to conform to the office budget.
·         Sales Prospecting (phone and in-person)
·         Territory Management
·         Closing
·         Research
·         Basic Computer Skills (Word, Outlook Calendar)

·         High school diploma/GED
·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·         Sales experience may be substituted for degree if proven track record of sales exists.
- 1.            Generate a sufficiently high level of sales activity to secure a minimum of two    new clients per week.
 
- 2.            Develop a Sales Action Plan for each prospect on the Top 20 Hit List.
 
- 3.            Prepare and execute a daily sales plan to maximize territory management.
 
- 4.            Use a Total Client Care sales approach to present full-service capabilities.
 
- 5.            Effectively work with and communicate with internal team.
 
- 6.            Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.
 
- 7.            Conduct business in accordance with Express Guidelines and applicable Federal/State Provincial Legal Guidelines.
