Job Full Description
Hours: 10:00am to 6:00PM-Monday to Saturday
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Frequently required to stand
· Continually required to walk
· Occasionally required to sit
· Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
· Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
· Frequently required to talk or hear
· Occasionally utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
· Frequently required to lift/push/carry items more than 50 pounds
· Occasionally we will work near moving mechanical parts
· Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals
· Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions
· Occasional exposure to pests or unsanitary conditions
· Occasional exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials
Following Process:
o Ensure completion of daily checklist
o Adherence to our Delivery processes
§ Customer Satisfaction Call back
§ Collecting positive google, facebook, and other reviews.
§ In the field sales processes
o Adherence to Account Retention processes
o Adherence to Customer Service (repair) processes
o Adherence to Store appearance processes
o Adherence to Inventory fulfillment and control processes (as well as expense controls)
o Adherence to paperwork / filing process
