Hours: M-Th, 1st shift, 4-10 hours shifts, 6AM-4PM
Dress code: Nothing inappropriate, steel toes suggested, not required.
Job Description:
Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and flexible team member to support our plastic injection molding operations. This role involves operating molding presses, inspecting and packaging parts, and assisting wherever needed throughout the day to keep production running smoothly.
What we’re prioritizing:
· Plastic injection molding experience (highly preferred).
· Forklift experience (certified or ready to certify).
· Box truck driving experience (no CDL or special license required; standard non-CDL truck).
Physical & work requirements (must be able to):
· Stand/walk for a 10-hour shift around production equipment.
· Lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs. safely and repeatedly.
· Perform repetitive motions and general plant duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Operate molding presses and related equipment
· Inspect and package parts to meet quality standards
· Assist with material handling, cleanup, and other plant duties
· Load/unload materials and move product as directed
· Fill in across departments as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
· Forklift operation and/or box truck driving experience
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility
· Ability to lift, stand, and work in a heavy lifting, fast-paced manufacturing environment
