Hours: Monday through Thursday. 7am-3:30pm. Potential Fridays.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet / Frame Builder to join our production team. This role involves reviewing work orders, cutting parts, assembling frames, and building cabinets to exact specifications while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Review work orders and production specifications prior to beginning each job
· Measure, cut, and prepare parts accurately according to order requirements
· Build frames and cabinets to customer and production specifications
· Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Properly operate and care for tools and machinery
· Assist with cross-training in other areas of production as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
· Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape
· Basic understanding of measurements and shop math
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Ability to follow instructions and work from written orders or drawings
· Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Ability to lift and move materials as required for production
