Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Representative

 

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

 

Job Summary:
Manage customer interactions by processing data accurately, maintaining relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service tickets, calls, and messages professionally.

  • Address and resolve customer, sales, and service rep inquiries.

  • Collaborate with teams to align with customer needs.

  • Maintain records in the ERP system.

  • Act as an account advocate for special inquiries.

  • Provide proactive updates on orders and changes.

  • Investigate billing concerns and process credits.

  • Improve processes for better customer satisfaction.

  • Enter orders and manage inquiries efficiently.

  • Ensure accuracy in customer reports.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or similar preferred).

  • Experience with ticketing systems and ERP is a plus.
