Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Representative
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary:
Manage customer interactions by processing data accurately, maintaining relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer service tickets, calls, and messages professionally.

Address and resolve customer, sales, and service rep inquiries.

Collaborate with teams to align with customer needs.

Maintain records in the ERP system.

Act as an account advocate for special inquiries.

Provide proactive updates on orders and changes.
-
Investigate billing concerns and process credits.
-
Improve processes for better customer satisfaction.
-
Enter orders and manage inquiries efficiently.
-
Ensure accuracy in customer reports.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
-
2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or similar preferred).
-
Experience with ticketing systems and ERP is a plus.
