Job Title: General Excavation Laborer

Pay: 18+/Depending on Experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable General Excavation Laborer to join our construction team. This position is responsible for supporting excavation projects by performing manual labor, preparing job sites, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with digging, trenching, grading, and backfilling.

Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment such as shovels
-
Support the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including removing debris and materials.

Work closely with site supervisors, and other laborers to complete excavation tasks.

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

loading/unloading materials, and flagging.

Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.

Support other duties as assigned related to general labor or construction.
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in excavation, construction, or general labor preferred.

Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.
