Responsibilities:
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
- Provide personalized care to residents/clients based on individualized care plans.
- Prepare residents for meals and assist with transportation to/from the dining room.
- Assist residents with toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect.
- Perform vital signs, blood pressure measurements, weights, and other trained procedures.
- Complete prevention/restorative care, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, transferring, bathing, grooming, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with State/Federal Regulations and resident care practices.
Qualifications:
- Compassion and desire to work with seniors.
- Certification of completion from an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program..
