Packaging Supervisor
Compensation: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – Close (typically 5:00–7:00 PM)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure products are prepared efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, a sense of urgency, and the ability to maintain high production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in daily packaging operations following company standards and procedures
- Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for shipment
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and productivity
- Support and guide team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in packaging within a manufacturing or production environment required
- Strong understanding of quality control processes
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining individual accountability
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
