Job Title: Defrost/Production Prep Baker (2nd Shift)

Location: East Providence, Rhode Island
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

The Role

We are seeking a Defrost Baker to support production by preparing products for the next day’s bake. This role is responsible for pulling and traying items from the freezer and different preps related to production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pull products from the freezer according to the production schedule
  • Tray up and organize products for the next day’s bake
  • Ensure accurate quantities and proper labeling
  • Follow timing guidelines to maintain product quality
  • Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the production team
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures
