Job Title: Customer service Representative/Material Handler
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Material Handler in West Greenwich. In this dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and supporting material-handling operations within our logistics facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with material handling tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, Picking, Packing, inventory management, and order fulfillment as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Utilize computer systems and software to track, trace, and update shipment statuses.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience in customer service
- Some material handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
