Warehouse Associate

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 30-minute unpaid lunch break at noon

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Warehouse Associate to support daily shop and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on shop experience, can read basic layout drawings and schematics, and is comfortable using hand and power tools.

Basic Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of shop experience

• Ability to read and work from layout drawings and schematics

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and some power tools

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Takes pride in producing quality work

• Reliable and punctual attendance

• Willingness to learn and flexibility to perform assigned duties

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of various fluid power components

• Previous warehouse, shop, mechanical, or assembly experience

Key Qualities

The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions while working independently are important for this position.
