40 hours/week - Mon-Sat (Rotating Saturdays)
A local, family-owned pool company is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their team long-term. The Customer Service Associate will provide retail support and superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
- Conduct water quality testing
- Review results and advise on products needed
- Complete sales transactions using POS system
- Take payment (Cash, CC, Check)
- Assist with merchandising and inventory control
- Maintain a welcoming, clean and safe store environment
Requirements:
- Customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Upbeat personality and professional demeanor
