We are seeking a dedicated and personable Reservation Agent to join our team. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage and update reservation systems accurately and efficiently
- Confirm bookings and provide detailed information about services, amenities, and policies
- Modify or cancel reservations as requested by guests while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Address guest questions or concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled and expectations are met
- Maintain organized records of all reservations and related correspondence
- Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and enhance service quality
