Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time HR / Accounting Administrator to support both human resources and financial operations. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing employee records while assisting with basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll preparation and timekeeping review
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly reporting
- Enter data into accounting software with high accuracy
- Help prepare basic financial summaries for management
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, accounting, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with payroll or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Education Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
