Driver/Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Thursday-Monday
Pay:$18-20/hr
Location: Myrtle Beach, 29577
Duties:
- Load, transport, and unload a wide variety of merchandise using company vehicles to pick up and/or deliver to source.
- Drive between retail stores in the Myrtle Beach area, primarily Walmart, but may include others, to deliver inventory of beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
- May require multiple trips to the same store(s) each day.
- Maintain paperwork on deliveries and pick-ups.
- Follow scheduled route for daily deliveries.
- Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Collect signature, if necessary, upon arrival to the recipient client.
- Maintain professional image of the company; always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy; maintain truck to ensure it remains in good driving condition; record mileage on vehicle for maintenance.
- May be required to assist in warehouse functions when not on the road; assist in total
Requirements
- Ability to operate company van or vehicle; daily travel is an essential part of this role.
- Must be familiar with the Myrtle Beach area.
- Must have valid Driver’s License.
- Must have a clean driving record; background/MVR check will be conducted.
