General Labor

Overview
A General Laborer will perform a variety of manual and operational tasks to support construction, installation, and maintenance projects. This role is entry-level to mid-level, requiring physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with setup, dismantling, and site prep
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery as needed
- Prepare and maintain job sites by cleaning, organizing, and removing hazards
- Help assemble and disassemble temporary structures like scaffolding
- Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
- Assist in site clean-up and maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in all weather conditions
- Previous general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
