Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and experienced Journeyman Electrician with a CDL-B to join a local team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in accordance with NEC codes
• Perform high-voltage and low-voltage installations, including LED sign lighting and control systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and similar tools
• Install meter bases, load centers, and other commercial sign power systems
• Wire ballasts, transformers, and other lighting components for illuminated signs
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction and install sites to ensure smooth workflows
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and occasionally assist with carpentry related to electrical mounting
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards when working with power sources, lifts, or in confined spaces

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician (sign industry preferred, but not required)
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety standards
• Experience with both high-voltage and low-voltage systems
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams accurately
• Proficient with tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and hand tools
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and at heights using ladders or lifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality work
• Valid CDL-B driver's license and reliable transportation required
