Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join our production team in Dallas, TX. This is a 1st shift, full-time position for a motivated professional with experience operating large-format digital printing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain large-format digital printers and finishing equipment
- Manage daily production schedules while meeting quality and delivery deadlines
- Perform color calibration, profiling, and quality control inspections
- Set up and process files using RIP software
- Troubleshoot print, color, and equipment issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on production equipment
- Work closely with prepress, graphics, and finishing departments
- Ensure all work meets customer specifications and company standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of large-format printing experience preferred
- Experience with large format printers strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Caldera RIP software required
- Knowledge of color management and print production workflows
- Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for
