Job Title: Entry-Level Motor Technician
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Motor Technician to assist with the maintenance and repair of wind turbine motors. This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot wiring, motors, and control panels.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or confined spaces.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications:
- Basic electrical experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish-speaking preferred (not required).
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
