Job Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable and organized Facilities Coordinator to help manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, and safety compliance. This role ensures our building remains safe, functional, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate maintenance schedules and respond to urgent issues

Supervise facility repairs, renovations, and contractors

Maintain safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance

Manage supply and equipment needs (office, telecom, HVAC, etc.)

Oversee cleaning and maintenance crews

Track maintenance records and budget spending

Conduct regular facility inspections and recommend improvements
Qualifications:

Experience in facility management or maintenance coordination

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Knowledge of building safety regulations and emergency response
