Plant Maintenance Technician Needed
A global thermal packaging manufacturer in North Fort Worth is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to join their team!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am
Pay: $28+/hr (based on experience)
Plant Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and assist with process improvements
- Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards
- Support contractors and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives
Plant Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- 8–10 years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience (licensed electrician a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and fabrication skills; able to read schematics and technical drawings
- Proficient with hand/power tools and basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Forklift license required; able to lift 50 lbs and train on 1st shift
