Rental Yard Associate – $18/hr
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $18/hr
Environment: Non-climate-controlled & outdoor work required
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Rental Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and preparing rental equipment to ensure it is safe, functional, and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean rental equipment by removing dirt, concrete, and debris.

Inspect equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition before going to customers.

Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, tilt-up braces, retaining wall panels, and accessories according to specifications.

Prepare, stage, and organize rental orders for outgoing deliveries.

Inspect returned equipment for damage and report issues following company procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized rental yard and work area.

Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment and outdoors.
Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail when inspecting and servicing equipment.

Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in varying weather conditions.

Previous equipment or warehouse experience a plus, but not required.
