Maintenance Supervisor Needed
A food manufacturing company in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within the facility.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible; must be available for off-shifts/weekends as needed)
Pay: $100,000–$125,000 annually (based on experience)
Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee all facility and production equipment maintenance operations

Develop, manage, and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues (up to 480V, 3-phase)

Coordinate maintenance activities with production and quality teams to minimize downtime

Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and all safety regulations

Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

Prior maintenance leadership or management experience

Strong background in food manufacturing maintenance

Hands-on technical expertise with mechanical, electrical, PLC, and facility systems

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

Experience with maintenance software preferred

Able to lift to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
