Production Operator Needed!
A growing manufacturing company in Haltom City is looking to add a Production Operator to their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement into a Shift Lead role.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shifts
Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr DOE
Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery used in the repackaging process
- Package cartridges into boxes for shipment
- Ensure product labels and printed materials are accurate and meet quality standards
- Monitor production processes and maintain efficiency
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed
Production Operator Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Interest in growth opportunities and leadership development
Work Environment:
- Non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures
- Early morning schedules may be utilized during hotter months
