Maintenance Technician III
Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $20–$30/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays Required

Position Overview
A Fort Worth manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join their team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems while helping support daily maintenance operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment

Maintain conveyors, motors, production machinery, and related equipment

Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime

Read and follow maintenance manuals, diagrams, and work instructions

Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation

Assist with parts inventory and maintenance scheduling

Perform general facility maintenance as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
-
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience with conveyors, motors, pneumatic systems, and production equipment

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred

Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks

Valid Driver's License required

Strong attendance and work ethic
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work around production equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery
