Job Full Description
Shop Technician
A restoration company in Fort Worth is hiring Shop Technicians to join their team. This is a hands-on position repairing electronics and industrial equipment in a climate-controlled shop. If you have good mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with your hands, this position offers a consistent 50-hour work week with overtime available.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-2:30/3:00 PM (50-hour work week, Saturday overtime available as needed)
Pay: $18-$19/hour
Shop Technician Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore electronics and industrial equipment using hand tools
- Inspect equipment, document repairs, and track completed work
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment and components
- Assist with warehouse duties, material handling, and organizing inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Shop Technician Requirements:
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance (required to park on company property)
- Ability to document work performed
