Apartment Maintenance Technician
A Fort Worth apartment community is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help with daily repairs and upkeep throughout the property.
Pay: $19–$21/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Complete maintenance requests and general repairs

Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues

Perform preventive maintenance

Assist with apartment repairs and upkeep

Maintain common areas and property equipment

Respond to resident maintenance needs
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
-
Previous apartment, property, building, or general maintenance experience
-
Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, or similar repairs

Good hands-on repair skills
-
Dependable and able to work the required schedule

Comfortable working around residents and occupied apartments
