Welding Engineer Needed!
A manufacturing company in Fort Worth is looking to add an experienced Welding Engineer to their team!
Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st shift
Pay: $80,000–$110,000/year
Welding Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop welding procedures and processes for production
- Work with steel, stainless steel, cast materials, and other metals
- Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues
- Develop and improve welding methods and equipment
- Make sure welding procedures meet required specifications and codes
- Assist with welding inspections and welder certifications
Welding Engineer Requirements:
- Previous welding engineering or manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of welding processes and procedures
- Experience working with welding codes and specifications
- Able to develop and document welding procedures
- Experience troubleshooting welding problems in a manufacturing environment
- Engineering degree preferred
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
