Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Prepare outgoing shipments including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems in real-time
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity
- Organize warehouse space to optimize efficiency and accessibility
- Coordinate with carriers and resolve shipping discrepancies
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
