Job Full Description

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role acts as a liaison between the Construction Manager, on-site teams, and internal departments to ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure each team has the tools, resources, and information needed to execute project tasks effectively.

Serve as the communication bridge between the Construction Manager and internal teams.

Work collaboratively with both on-site and office-based team members.

Identify, communicate, and resolve issues during project planning and execution phases.

Manage all project documentation and correspondence with contractors, engineers, and utility companies.

Provide logistical and administrative support to projects and senior team members.

Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.

Assist the Construction Manager with filing, recordkeeping, and project paperwork.

Prepare and distribute required documents for on-site implementation and activities.

Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Safety Lead to ensure compliance with all safety requirements.

Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 80 lbs.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Proficient in administrative and office tasks, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.

PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification preferred.

Comfortable working in a construction environment.
