🔹 Position: Laborer / Production Worker
Location: Seagraves, TX
Pay: Competitive hourly pay + weekly pay + benefits
Shifts: Rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
🧰 Key Responsibilities:

Unload raw peanuts from farmers
-
Operate and monitor processing equipment (such as dryers)
-
Continuously adjust equipment for optimal performance and product quality
-
Package and label finished products
-
Maintain production rates and quality standards
-
Perform daily inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues
-
Conduct sanitation and housekeeping duties as required
-
Review quality control documents and make necessary adjustments
-
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors across shifts and departments

Perform other duties as assigned
💪 What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Previous factory or production experience (1+ years preferred) but not required
-
Mechanical aptitude or forklift experience is a plus
-
Strong focus on safety and use of PPE
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments

Comfortable working above ground level and climbing stairs/ladders
-
Reliable attendance and punctuality
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Must be 18 years or older

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
