Express Employment Professionals is seeking a candidate to fill a full-time, permanent position with a great company. You will be supporting the Field Outage Services team at one of the leading companies in global power generation.

Responsibilities of the Resources Director:
- Lead and manage resource planning for Field Outage Services.
- Validate crew compositions and ensure the right skills are assigned to each outage project.
- Partner with Technical Support, Field Services, and Scheduling to ensure outages are fully staffed.
- Forecast resource demand and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor performance of outage teams and resolve staffing issues quickly.
- Support field staff with scheduling, logistics, and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve staffing efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure safety and compliance are built into every staffing plan.
- Communicate clearly with field engineers, outage coordinators, and plant managers.
Qualifications for the Resources Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in power generation, field service, or outage planning.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams or resources across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of field outage operations, safety, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced communication skills, both oral and written.
- Professional, reliable, and able to represent the company with integrity.
