Express Employment Professionals are searching a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer-facing responsibilities and administrative/accounting tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also assisting with essential office functions.
This person will be responsible for a diverse range of support needs of the team and to help keeping an organized flow in the office.
Starting pay $18.00/hour
Monday- Friday From 8:00 am -5:00 pm
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer-facing responsibilities and administrative/accounting tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also assisting with essential office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover the front desk and manage incoming phone calls during receptionist absences
- Greet visitors with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently
- Prepare invoices and checks for mailing
- Review receivables reports and send statements accordingly
- Run occasional errands (e.g., bank deposits, picking up lunches)
- Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (e.g., email, document handling, data entry)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable and detail-oriented
