Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Sandblaster/General Laborer team member to join our team in Logan, Utah. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in an industrial shop environment where teamwork and reliability are essential. We’re looking for individuals who want more than just a job—people who are ready to grow, learn, and build a long-term career with us. Experience is not required; we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package finished parts for shipment
- Sandblast parts to prepare surfaces for coating
- Mask parts to protect critical areas during the coating process
- Assist with forklift operations to move materials and finished products
- Move parts through various stages of production
- Support general shop needs as they arise
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Industrial, fast-paced shop setting
- Physically active, hands-on work throughout the day
- 4-day workweek (4x10s) with early morning start times
- Flexible but accountable team culture
- Strict no-drug policy
