Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team as a Structural Steel Construction Laborer
*Year round work!
* Work ONLY in Cache Valley!
What You'll Do:
- Assist with structural steel installation on commercial construction projects.
- Work safely at heights using fall protection equipment.
- Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers (when qualified).
- Help with material handling, concrete work, rigging, and other general construction tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 months of construction or structural steel experience.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Heavy equipment and welding experience are a plus, but not required.
- Reliable, safety-minded, hardworking, and a strong team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
